  4. Self-performed over 87% of the project work.
  5. Manhole Replacement:
  6. Removed and replaced three deteriorated concrete manholes on 24" and 30" sewer lines with two new 72" and 96" corrosion-resistant Armorock Polymer manholes.
  7. Hydraulic and Odor Improvements:
  8. Enhanced hydraulic characteristics and minimized foul odors on the sewer line.
  9. High-traffic Area:
  10. Project located at the intersection of Hardy and 17th Place near ASU campus.
  11. Sewer Bypass Systems:
  12. Installed two sewer bypass systems on 30" and 12" lines, including 24/7 pump-watch, entirely self-performed.
  13. Traffic and Public Coordination:
  14. Collaborated with City of Tempe for traffic control planning and public outreach, communicating construction impacts to adjacent homeowners.
  15. Additional Work:
  16. Included pavement removal/replacement, storm drain re-routing, CCTV inspection, air testing, and striping replacement.
  17. Timely Completion:
  18. Completed the project in less than three weeks to meet holiday traffic restriction requirements.
