Project scope

2. Engaged under Town of Gilbert's emergency procurement JOC due to 18" DIP wastewater forcemain failure.
3. Immediate Mobilization:
4. Deployed crews, equipment, and materials within hours, working continuously for 36 hours.
5. Stabilization and Bypass:
6. Stabilized the failure site and implemented a 4,100-foot high-line sewer bypass to prevent overflow at Islands Lift Station.
7. Condition Assessment:
8. Performed condition assessment of the forcemain while bypass was in place.
9. Collaboration:
10. Assisted Town and Hazen Engineering with developing a permanent repair solution.
11. Permanent Solution:
12. Trenching and installing a permanent parallel 18" HDPE forcemain across McQueen Road.
13. Redundancy and Future-proofing:
14. Designed the new setup to handle existing flows and provide future redundancy.
