- Onsite and offsite utility installations and asphalt improvements for a 155,000 SF tilt-up, build-to-suit distribution facility.

- Water, sewer, gas, electric, and communication services adjacent to the property, provided by City of Peoria, Southwest Gas, and CenturyLink.
- Water Line Installation:
- Installed 5,361 feet of 4", 6", and 8" DIP.
- Installed 1 16x8" Tapping Sleeve.
- Installed 9 8" Gate Valves.
- Installed 13 6" Gate Valves.
- Installed 4 4" Gate Valves.
- Installed 12 Fire Hydrants.
- Completed 5 Vertical Realignments.
- Installed 1 Blow Off.
- Installed 1 4" Backflow.
- Installed 2 Remote FDCs.
- Sewer Line Installation:
- Installed 959 feet of 6" and 8" PVC.
- Installed 3 48" Manholes.
- Installed 2 6" Cleanouts.
- Storm Drain Installation:
- Installed 111 feet of 18" and 24" HDPE.
- Irrigation Line Installation:
- Installed 629 feet of 24" RCP.
- Installed 1 Irrigation Box.
- Asphalt Replacement:
- Replaced 794 square yards of asphalt.
- Reliable Power Supply:
- SRP operates a major substation and power generation facility across the street, ensuring steady power.
- Developer Partnership:
- The VanTrust Group, developer/partner on the site, facilitates build-to-suit/lease-back facilities.
